Eligibility for Returns:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

3. Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return unless stated otherwise.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for mailing the product back.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in processing your order.

Refunds and Processing:

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

2. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We currently do not process exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return for the unwanted product and place a new order.
